MIGU Video, a video subsidiary of China Mobile, has teamed up with nine video firms, including CCTV.com and Youku Tudou, to expand into booming net drama and cyber talk show sectors, Migu said yesterday. Migu has organized a national contest for original but short video clips with fashion contents. Chinese carriers have to transform their business to content and entertainment because their traditional voice and text message services are challenged by Internet services, industry insiders said.
