SOHO China鈥檚 3Q projects seat 11,000

SOHO China Ltd, a major commercial real estate developer, will launch more 3Q projects in Beijing and Shanghai amid robust demand.
鈥淲e are launching our sixth 3Q project in China very soon at the newly unveiled Bund SOHO, a 190,000-square-meter office development in the historic Bund area,鈥 said Pan Shiyi, chairman of SOHO China.
鈥淏y November, the supply of our 3Q projects will reach about 11,000 seats across the two cities,鈥 he said. Customers lease office space by seat.
3Q at Bund SOHO will comprise three phases spanning over 10,000 square meters with about 2,400 seats, the second-largest of its kind after Guanghualu SOHO in Beijing with over 3,000 seats.
The 3Q project mainly targets startup firms and business travelers who need short-term office seats, and customers can lease seats for a minimum one week, the developer said.
The Beijing-based developer launched 3Q projects in February with more than 600 seats each in Wangjing SOHO in Beijing and SOHO Fuxing Plaza in Shanghai.
