10 housing projects to be released

ONLY 10 housing projects may be released for sale in Shanghai in January, which includes the week-long Spring Festival holiday, with most real estate developers choosing to sit on the sideline.
Around the city, seven apartment developments and three villa projects will launch new units for sale this month, according to a report released yesterday by major real estate website Soufun.com. In December, 38 housing projects were launched.
