Developers' Liquidity Risks Manageable
THE liquidity risks faced by the majority of rated Chinese developers are still manageable in the next 12 months, a research report said yesterday.
They face lower-than-expected cash flow amid weaker sales, Moody's Investors Service said yesterday.
China's curbs on home buying may stay in the next six to 12 months.
However, Moody's said most of the rated developers are well placed to withstand the challenge in the coming year, according to its recent liquidity analysis of the 29 developers it rated.
