ASCOTT, a wholly-owned serviced residence business unit of CapitaLand, announced yesterday that it has opened three new properties with more than 600 service apartments in Tianjin, Wuhan and Xi'an.
The Singapore-based company, which plans to operate 12,000 service apartments in the country by 2015, is scheduled to open two more properties in Shenzhen and Shenyang by the end of this year.
