SOHO China鈥檚 new property unveiled

SOHO China Ltd, a leading commercial real estate developer in Beijing and Shanghai, launched its newest commercial complex yesterday in the city's western Changning District.
With a total gross floor area of around 170,000 square meters, SOHO Tianshan Plaza, adjacent to the Loushanguan Road station of Metro Line 2, consists of some 74,000 square meters' Grade A offices as well as 17,000 square meters' high-end retail and hotel spaces.
The development also houses nearly 1,000 SOHO 3Q work stations that are scheduled to hit the market next month. A co-working space brand launched by the developer in early 2015, SOHO 3Q projects in Beijing and Shanghai will total 19 by the end of July with combined capacity exceeding 16,000 work stations, the company said.
