Small rise in projects with price cuts

THE number of housing developments in Shanghai offering price cuts in December will edge up to 194, a latest report released by Soufun.com said.
Comparatively, 190 projects offer discounts this month, the country's largest real estate website operator said.
Over 75 percent of the projects are located beyond the Outer Ring Road, up from 73 percent this month.
Pudong New Area continues to lead with 42 projects offering price cuts while 27 of the 194 developments provide discounts above 10 percent, Soufun said.
