SOUTHWEST China's Yunnan Province has started construction on an international mail processing center in Kunming, the provincial capital.
The center has a total area of 6.56 hectares and is located in the restricted area of Kunming New Airport, which is under construction and will become China's fourth largest international airport. Construction of the center is scheduled to finish by July 2011.
