Commercial complex plans

Hangzhou is to add 28 commercial complexes across the city by the end of this year to extend its total business area to over 2 million square meters.
Out of the 28 commercial complexes, 10 will be in suburban Yuhang District. Moreover, seven will open to the public in the first half of this year.
There are few areas available in central business districts, so real estate developers have chosen the outskirts of the city to build commercial complexes near new residential areas.
The commercial property complexes include hotels, shops, offices, service apartments, restaurants and entertainment venues.
