A barrier-free library of audio books and movies was established in Hangzhou Public Library on Wednesday. It is the first barrier-free library for the blind in Hangzhou.
The latest film "The Great Revival" is also in the collection, which was adapted as an audio movie by volunteers from Zhejiang Gongshang University.
Hangzhou has 64,800 people with visual disabilities.
