‘File’ on water tanks

Changning plans to create a “health file” for water tanks in residential communities. The records will document how the tanks are maintained, and when they are sanitized and cleaned. The file will go a long way in keeping a track of information and ensuring efficiency.
Within a year, about 30 percent of the water tanks will have record files. The entire plan is expected to be completed in three years.
