1st batch of 'talent apartments' allocated

THE first batch of 42 applicants for fully-furnished "talent apartments" received keys for their new abodes at Anting New Town on March 9. With total investment of 16 million yuan (US$2.5 million), Shanghai International Auto City Group Co renovated 9,000 square meters of flats to 106 fully-furnished apartments, which will be rented to the talented professionals working in the Shanghai International Auto City. The rent are priced at 80 percent of market price.
