COMMUTERS using buses between Hongqiao Transport Hub and Jiading International Automobile City can apply for membership cards as they will be charged from September 1. They can come to Xin’an Community and Jiading International Automobile City to apply for cards that cost 599 yuan (US$90) a year. The card can be refunded if a commuter makes fewer than 10 trips. A commuter can get a refund after deducting the cost of trips made at 30 yuan per trip. The buses have been in use since last year.
