Growing okra

A trial cultivation of okra is going well in Jiading's Waigang Town. The horn-shaped okra is similar to upturned pepper in green or red color. Okra, also known as lady fingers or gumbo, contains vitamins, iron, potassium and calcium and is often called "green ginseng" due to its rich nutrients.
