JIADING Industrial Zone bought personal accident insurance for 1,780 handicapped people to ease their financial burden from accidents. The district's Association of Handicapped People and Jiading Industrial Zone have paid the insurance premium of 130 yuan (US$20.6) for each person. The handicapped or beneficiaries of the insurance can get up to 70,000 yuan compensation.
