When there are problems to solve, companies know just who to call

The staff from Jiading Sub-bureau of Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administration visited 269 enterprises this year and solved 168 problems in their production and development.
For example, Shanghai Fengbang TCM Factory wanted to transform from an individual proprietorship enterprise to a limited liability company.
As a rule, this kind of transformation should be done like this: Before setting up a new company, the old one should be cancelled first.
However, due to some debt issues, the old company was not able to be cancelled.
Hearing the problem, the bureau staff reported it to the municipal authorities. Finally the problem was solved as the debt was transferred to the new company.
Later, the company met another problem because the factory happened to be registered at the same location of another company due to some historic reasons.
The problem was also solved after a discussion among the landlords held by the district’s sub-bureau.
There are many e-commerce enterprises located in Jiading Industrial Zone.
Yecheng Office of the Sub-bureau is in charge of the area, receiving many complaints every year.
Just in the first half of this year the office handled 310 complaints.
To solve problems, the office staff often pay visits to those e-commerce companies, especially the Jingdong (JD.com), an e-commerce giant in China, and helps them deal with the consumers’ complaints.
