I want to extend my best wishes for a happy New Year to the wonderful citizens of Jing’an, and to everyone who supports and engages in the district’s development.
A bigger, better and greater Jing’an is still in its infancy, but the district has made a good beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20), thanks to everyone’s efforts.
Reform, innovation and lifestyle improvement are among the top priorities on the government agenda this year. We are striving to make Jing’an the new benchmark for downtown Shanghai.
My best wishes to all of our citizens.
