THE Minhang Health Bureau signed an agreement with the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center to complete a tumor prevention and treatment network and to improve medical services over the next five years.
The Shanghai Cancer Center has a branch in Minhang. Under the agreement, Minhang will provide subsidies for tumor prevention and treatment in local communities, particularly those with higher-risk populations. For its part, the hospital will beef up training and medical research.
