AT the end of September, the festooned vehicles of the 2010 Shanghai Tourist Festival arrived in Minhang District. The cruise team of 19 vehicles were led by a Haibao and China Pavilion-themed Expo float and illuminated the Minhang night sky.
Festooned vehicle cruises are a traditional event of the Shanghai Tourist Festival. Unlike before, LED lighting technology is used to make the vehicles more beautiful.
