MO Fuchun, the new governor of Minhang, recently met with 11 people living or working in the district to discuss their concerns. Among those concerns were traffic congestion on Puxing Road and inconvenient transportation in the Wanyuan area. The governor pledged improvements would be made by stepping up road construction and opening more bus routes.
