THROUGH the end of September, Minhang sanitation officials will send health gift packs to more than 700,000 Minhang families and some migrant workers. This gift packs include a booklet covering basic health education and a special tape measure for waistlines. The packs are meant to encourage people to look after their health and keep their weight down.
