THE Minhang Employment Service Center and employment service institutes of local communities have signed an agreement with 53 large companies to provide job-related services to small companies. The services will include recruitment, employment referrals, policy consultation and job fairs.
In turn, the Employment Service Center will invite professional employment advisers to help college graduates bone up on their interview skills. It will also invite enterprises to hold job interviews in the service center to make it more convenient for graduates and other job-seekers.
