THE Hub in Minhang’s Hongqiao transport hub, as well as three other Xintiandi sites across Shanghai — Ruihong Tiandi, Shanghai Xintiandi and KIC, is hosting the 4th annual Lumières Shanghai Lights Festival from December 27 to January 13. The theme this year is “People Connection,” featuring 23 installations — some on display in China for the first time. Participating groups and artists include teamLab and Raymond Borsboom, founder of the internationally acclaimed Amsterdam Light Festival. Apart from the light show, the Hongqiao hub is also hosting concerts, other exhibitions and markets.
