Minhang Library has extended its opening hours to 9am-8pm, Tuesdays through Sundays, with seating for up to 600 adults and 200 children. Appointments made at least a day in advance are required as part of ongoing coronavirus precautions. Masks are needed when entering. Registration can be made on the library鈥檚 WeChat account.
