MENTAL health services for teenagers from poor families will be provided in the Gumei Community by the end of next February, according to the Minhang District education authority. The initial plan is to provide services to 200 students from low-income families and also to 1,000 other students from Xinzhuang, Qibao and Zhuanqiao towns.
