ACCORDING to an agreement signed by China Satellite Navigation & Application Management Center and Minhang Government, the first national satellite navigation application project -- Pujiang Satellite Navigation Industry Base -- has been established in Minhang. Settled in the National Civil Space Project Base, the new Pujiang Base occupies an area of about 4.5 hectares, with a total investment budget of 400 million yuan (US$59 million).
