The upgraded public space of about 23,000 square meters has revitalized the core area of the Grand neoBay. In the Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict, the space runs along Beihengjing Creek and links to the Dong’er River in the south and Jianchuan Road in the north. Enhancements include revitalizing riverbank environments, connecting routes under bridges and placing sculptures. The waterfront has become a thriving innovation and technology hub with green communal spaces and natural relaxation.
