TRAFFIC congestion on the heavily traveled Xintan Road will ease soon with the addition of parking spaces for 139 vehicles. Lack of parking was cited as one cause of the congestion. The fee for the first hour of parking will be 7 yuan, with 4 yuan charged for each additional hour.
