THE first electronic reading room for migrant workers opened at Xinzhuang Industrial Park recently. It is free. There are 36 computers in the room and readers are able to access about 100,000 electronic books, more than 500 newspapers and magazines and videos of lectures. The district has 30 electronic reading rooms now open to the public.
