AN inspection program has begun district-wide in Minhang to ensure public safety during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday. Government departments will inspect factories, companies, schools, elderly-care homes, shopping malls and scenic areas, looking at fire control systems, hazardous chemicals management, fireworks handling and security measures.
