MINHANG Weekly recently won four top prizes and three second prizes for its news coverage at an awards function honoring district and county media. Stories singled out for awards included coverage of Minhang's efforts to turn the dilapidated Xupu Village into a tidy town and coverage of four Minhang heavy industries' achievements.
