The Wang Haibin Volunteer Workshop was launched in Huacao Town. The site is named after the local hero who suffered severe burns three years ago while helping residents in a burning building to safety. Wang said he wants to give something back to a society that has been so strong in supporting him through a traumatic period in his life.
