Hongqiao Qianwan InCity MEGA, a large urban commercial complex in Minhang spanning over 400,000 square meters, announced that more than 200 brands have confirmed to set up counters in the mall. Positioned as an “international social resort and leisure bay,” the project is located in the core area of Hongqiao Qianwan, and is set to open by the end of this year. The current leasing rate has exceeded 90 percent, with plans to introduce over 350 brands. Upon completion, it will fill the gap for large-scale commercial facilities in Qianwan, driving urban renewal and consumption upgrading in the region.
