It may not make you immortal, but it's very good for you

PEENTO peaches contains many vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins C and A, niacin, potassium, iron and fiber, among many other nutrients.

It's loaded with antioxidants.

In traditional Chinese medicine, peaches are classified as yang (hot/warm) energy food. They are said to help people recover from surgery, those who are undernourished and suffer shortness of breath or palpitations.

Peach pits (though small in peento peaches) are used in TCM to activate blood, thin the blood, relax bowels, treat shortness of breath.
