1922: Born in Shanghai

1939: Entered China Film Studio and starred in her first movie “Good Husband”

1948: Teamed up with Zhao Dan in the romantic film “Remote Love”

1949: Qin joined the Shanghai Film Studio and starred in the film “Parted Lovers”

1956: “Railway Guerrillas” with Cao Huiqu, and "Malan Blossom" with Gao Bo

1957: Worked with Xie Jin in the sports film “Woman Basketball Player No. 5”

1959: "The Song of Youth” with Xie Fang

1963: “Northland Jiangnan” with Wei Helin

1979: “Loyal Overseas Chinese Family” with Chen Chong

1982: Starred in the TV series “Under the Roofs of Shanghai,” which won her the outstanding actress award at the 1st China TV Golden Eagle Award

2008: Received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 11th Shanghai International Film Festival

2009: Won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 27th China Film Golden Rooster Award

2015: Scripted and starred in the film “Qinghai Lakeside”
