Bald eagle soars to freedom

EINSTEIN, an adult bald eagle, was saved in April in the United States after falling into terrible shape due to lead poisoning. After careful treatment, he soared over the US after his release July 4 from the University of Missouri's Raptor Rehabilitation Project. As the national bird of the US, the bald eagle is an important symbol for the country's strength, wisdom and freedom, so Einstein's caretakers recognized how important it was to see him flying free on the nation's birthday last week.
