‘Talent’ housing ready

As part of its efforts to attract needed professionals, the district has completed construction of of its first low-rent apartments.
Altogether 123 professionals from 16 key enterprises have moved into the 79 new apartments in a 21-story building in the Ronghe Home residential quarters on Lianliang Road.
The apartments, each an average of 65 square meters, are furnished and equipped with home appliances. The district aims to attract talented professionals with various residential, business and other incentives.
