Fun journey of self-discovery

This year for the 6th grade China Trips we went to Nanbei Lake, Zhejiang Province where we did a lot of activities that help you get better in different areas.

Example one of our activities was the human knot. In that game you had to work together as a team to win.

There were many other activities, like swimming and hiking, that helped develop us as a person.

We went outside some nights and had a bonfire. We sang songs and told really funny stories.

Also, we went hiking up this huge mountain and got to see a stone ox, which was part of a Chinese folk tale. The view was really breathtaking. I think everyone had a really fun time.

China Trips helped me learn more about other people in my grade. I spoke with classmates who I normally didn’t talk with and learned more about them and became better friends. For me, the China Trips were one of the best experiences of my life and I am so happy that I get to do it again next year.
