My works are divided between two ranges of colors; half belongs to the sepia’s gradient, half to the colorful range. This is because in two years, a person can change a lot; hence the change in my pieces. The piece I enjoyed creating the most was “Men or color,” this piece took me a month to produce, but the texture and the contrast between the colors creates a great piece of art. The final outcome made me proud of my achievement of passing my IB Art HL course.
The recent exhibition is the first I have ever created. The IB program offers the opportunity for art students to display their work but also to prepare them for a real life experience. My experience as Dulwich student has helped me to grow out of the typical mould of painting and drawing and pushed me into discovering new materials such as felting and paper craft.
