Vitality of forest swept away by a blaze

The trees arched over their trunks, their branches extending like welcoming hands over the tiny trail. Leaves and branches curled over each other as if they were in a deep conversation. Golden rays of sunlight glistened through the leaves as they created different shades of gold on the ground below.
The sun finally revealed itself and glowed delightfully over an old cottage. The grass surrounding the house swayed in the light breeze. Patchy puddles lay on the grass, reflecting the jewel blue sky. Drops of water slowly dripped down the edge of the roof like teardrops rolling down a face. The puddles vibrated as each drop of water fell into them. The water was as clear as a diamond shining in a dark cave. The door of the cottage had patterns carved into it and it was coated with a smooth glaze. From the windows, vibrantly colored flowers hung down. Surrounding it, the jade green forest gave off a fresh fragrance that brightened its surrounding. A family of birds landed on a branch as if they were the forest’s guardians. Their delicate song suddenly stopped. A roaring fire swept through the forest, clearing everything in its way.
