Ecuador consulate exhibits photos

THE Consulate General of Ecuador in Shanghai has organized a photography exhibition at the Shanghai Natural History Museum titled “Four Worlds in One Country — Ecuador.”
On show are over 100 high-resolution nature photography works, many of which were taken by Chinese travelers and photographers in Ecuador.
The exhibit covers four regions of Ecuador: the Galapagos Islands, the Pacific Coast, the Andes and the Amazon rainforest.
Through the photos, visitors get to know more about the South American country’s climate, natural resources as well as its flora and fauna.
There will also be lectures and children’s activities that help people understand the importance of environmental protection.
