DIRECTED by Dexter Fletcher, the British-American biographical film revolves around Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, a legendary British ski jumper. The film based on true events is compared to the British version of “Forrest Gump” by fans. Edwards won the hearts of sports fans around the world by making a historic showing at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics. A lot of people were touched by his optimism and perseverance. The film also features spectacular skiing scenes and landscapes.
