AN exhibition of scientific observation tools is underway in the special exhibition hall on the second floor of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum.
The exhibition, titled “See the World Through Your Eyes,” comprises 12 interactive projects and one scientific exploration activity. It is divided into three sections: Mysterious Vision, Eyes Wide Open and Visible Sound.
Mysterious Vision displays the physiological structure and functions of human eyes. Eyes Wide Open showcases the various tools humans have invented to observe the world including a space telescope, a magnetograph and an endoscope.
Visible Sound is an area for science shows and do-it-yourself experiences. Activities such as The Secret of Sound allow visitors to explore the tools and methods to “see” and develop a scientific way of thinking.
