IF you enjoy sampling honey with different delicate flavors, you will probably recognize that there's more to the results of busy bees' toils than just a sweet treat.
Many varieties of honey have medicinal properties. Honey is believed to be a natural antioxidant that also helps protect the skin from damage caused by the sun, and also helps support the skin's ability to rejuvenate.
It's also a popular ingredient in homemade facial masks to refresh depleted skin and make it silky and smooth.
Honey is not intended to replace medical care. And if you have any health concerns, consult a doctor before using honey-based products.
