New weekend brunch menu

FRENCH chef Michael Jakovljev has come up with a new weekend brunch menu for Light & Salt Daily featuring classic egg dishes, seafood, pizza, pasta and salads.

There are two options of French omelet, a mix of light seafood including mango clams, prawns, squid and crab plus the rich Iberico ham with potato.

Spring tartine, a joyful starter that layers Iberico ham, candied walnut, poached quail egg, sun dried tomato, olives, goat cheese and smoked chili jelly, is not to be missed. Light & Salt’s classic roasted duck pizza and truffle pizza are also served for brunch.

Two-hour free flow of alcoholic beverage is 187 yuan per person (US$27), non-alcoholic drinks are 87.
