THE “Prego Journey Signature Set Menu” begins with amuse bouche, featuring the aperitivo must-haves of bresaola, coppa and Italian olives. The main course includes bounties from both the land and sea. The dessert is a traditional homemade tiramisu. The Prego is a selected restaurant in the Michelin Guide Shanghai for four consecutive years.
