The perfect brew for a holiday meal

FAMED gastronomist Ouyang Yingji recently took part in Christmas cooking events in Shanghai and Beijing.
The events were organized by famed Belgian beer brand Stella Artois and featured creative dishes prepared by Ouyang that highlight the beer. Belgian foods and Christmas dinner traditions were also introduced in honor of the upcoming holiday.
Stella Artois has been consumed at Christmas celebrations since 1366 and is the oldest bottled beer in Belgium. After 650 years, Stella still maintains its pure taste and special brewing process.
According to Ouyang, the beer is still made with “original Stella Artois yeast and the best ingredients which ensure a unique bouquet and texture.”
“Stella Artois is a great companion for a Christmas feast,” Ouyang added.
