THE Argentine consulate in Shanghai has launched a tourism promotion fair geared toward Hangzhou residents recently.
Maria Virginia Yapur, the consulate’s visa officer, introduced a series of Argentine scenic attractions to visitors.
In addition, travel agencies and airlines from South America promoted their preferential offers for tourists bound for Argentina. Football-themed souvenirs, Argentine red wine and Mate (a traditional South America caffeine-rich infused drink) were given away through lucky draws.
