"Some people ask how many customers we can serve in an off-site catering event, especially after they knew our record to date of 3,500 people. My answer is 'no limitation.' I am a person who challenges myself all the time, so does my team," the director says.
Renaissance Pudong has its own refrigerator vehicle and professional mobile kitchen facilities.
Furthermore, Zhuang is confident of his professional team. The Marriott hotel group has a large banquet team that can support them in big off-site events.
"Compared with part-time waiters or chefs, we have a super-professional team," Zhuang adds.
Providing customized, on-site service to suit and taste from CEO cocktails and high tea to buffet spreads and banquets for 2,000 guests or more, the hotel can provide service at any location, whether a bistro lunch at the airport, seven-course meal on a luxury cruise or outdoor barbecue.
The menu is customized according to customers' tastes, chosen from a variety of local and international favorites.

"Since childhood, I was professionally trained in football and was captain of my team. I have a strong sense of duty, awareness of team building and good interpersonal relationships," he says.
