Shiatzy Chen's spring/summer collection drew inspiration from snuff bottles from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The bottles were famous for their bright colors, floral patterns and exquisite shapes. Three leading fashion brands - Mastermind Japan, Somarta, and Adeam - showcased their latest collections in their Chinese mainland debut. The show, which included Ai Tominaga, one of Japan's top models, was a hit with the Chinese audience. The clothes featured notable details, fine materials, unique concepts, rich use of colors and a rebellious spirit.

Harry Winston's flagship store will open in Shanghai's Xintiandi on April 27. The two-story shop will be divided into different areas showcasing different series and collections of diamonds. Watch brand Breguet will host a public exhibition at Swatch Art Peace Hotel from April 18 to May 3. Titled "1810-1812, Breguet Makes the First Wristwatch Fit for A Queen," the exhibition celebrates the 200th anniversary of the creation of the first known wristwatch in the world by retracing the story behind it. Also on display will be the contemporary Queen of Naples collection of watches.
